Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious atta
- Water (as needed)
Recipe:
- Mix all the ingredients and make dough.
- Rest it for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add a small amount of oil, and knead the dough to make it smooth.
- Make Roti or Paratha.
For Frankie Masala:
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
For Frankie Chapati:
- 100g Nutritious atta
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Water (as needed)
For Frankie Stuffing:
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 200g finely chopped Mix Vegetables (cabbage, Coloured Capsicum, carrot, Beet)
- 2 tsp Frankie Masala
- Salt (to taste)
- Sprinkle Coriander Leaves
Recipe:
- Prepare the chapati dough, rest it for 10 minutes, and make 2 fluke Roti.
- For the stuffing, stir-fry vegetables with spices, and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Assemble Frankie: Sprinkle Frankie masala on Roti, put the vegetable mixture, roll it tightly.
- Heat a pan, roast the Frankie roll till it becomes crispy.
- Consume Frankie with Green chutney or Tomato sauce.
For Roti:
- 100g Nutritious atta
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Water (as needed)
For Stuffing:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Slices of Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion, Capsicum
Recipe:
- Prepare the roti dough, rest it, make 2 fluke Roti.
- Cut Avocado, mix with spices.
- Fold Roti in a triangle shape, create pockets, fill one with Avocado pulp, and the other with raw vegetable slices.
- Preheat the Grill machine, put the stuffed roti in the machine.
- Consume the sandwich with green chutney.
