Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- 200ml water
- 1/4 tsp Papad Khar (Sodiumbenzoate/Alkaline salt)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Iodized salt to taste
- Green chilli paste to taste
Recipe:
- Boil 200ml water for 2 minutes; add Papad Khar, salt, green chilli paste, and oil.
- Take Nutritious Rava in a vessel.
- Slowly pour boiling water into Nutritious Rava, mixing carefully to avoid lumps.
- Put the vessel in a steamer or cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the vessel from the cooker or steamer, mix well, and serve.
- Consume it with sesame oil or olive oil.
Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- 1 tablespoon Curd
- 100ml water
- 1 tablespoon Mix dals (Black Urad dal, Green Moong dal, and Channa dal)
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO
- Salt to taste
Recipe:
- Take Nutritious Rava in a vessel.
- Add all the ingredients to the vessel (except ENO) and mix well.
- Rest the batter for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, open the lid, mix 1/4 tsp ENO well, and prepare idli from this batter.
- Consume it with green coriander chutney or white coconut chutney.
Ingredients:
- 100g Nutritious Rava
- 1 tablespoon Curd
- 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO or baking soda
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped mixed vegetables (Peas, Carrot, Sweet corn, Capsicum, Onion)
- 1 tsp Freshly grated coconut
- Curry leaves
- 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
Recipe:
- Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies. Mix well.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add Nutritious Rava and mix with vegetables for 2 minutes.
- Turn off the flame, remove the mixture into a bowl, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, grated coconut, coriander leaves, curd, and water. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, open the lid, mix properly, and adjust water if the mixture is dry.
- Add ENO or baking soda. Make Appam with a small amount of oil.
- Consume it with green chutney.

- 1/4 tsp ENO or baking soda
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Green chilli + ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped mixed vegetables (Colourful capsicum, tomatoes, peas)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients (except ENO) in a bowl; let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, mix well and make small Uthappas on a non-stick pan.
- Consume it with green chutney.
