Ingredients:
- 100g Power pack mixture
- 1 tablespoon Curd
- 150ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp ENO or baking soda
- Salt (to taste)
- Ginger-Chilli paste (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Mixture of grated Bottle gourd, Carrot, and Raw Banana
Recipe:
- Prepare a vessel for making Dhokla.
- Mix all ingredients (except ENO) and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn on the flame and place the vessel on slow heat. Open the lid of the mixture.
- Add ENO, mix quickly, and pour the mixture into the Dhokla thali.
- Place the thali in a preheated vessel, cover it with a lid, and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, open the lid, cool for 5 minutes, cut into pieces, and serve with oil or green chutney.
Ingredients:

- 50ml Water
- 2 tablespoons Grated or finely chopped vegetables (Cabbage, Spinach, Capsicum, Spring Onion, Green Coriander)
- 1/4 tsp Oil
- Ginger-green chili paste (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients (except water).
- Mix well with water, make a dough similar to roti dough, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, make parathas and cook on a nonstick tava.
- Serve with curd and green chutney.
Ingredients:

- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 2-3 medium-sized finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Green onion and Coriander leaves
- Ginger-chilli paste (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (as needed)
Recipe:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add a small amount of water.
- Mix well with a hand mixer or hand grinder until you achieve a consistency like idli batter.
- Preheat a nonstick pan and make tomato omelette.
